This year has been busy for Links CPC with some prominent investment sales within the city of Edinburgh and professional services.

Property Portfolio

In June the sale concluded of a significant property portfolio within the city.  Private clients of Ryden purchased these quality buildings including:-

This former restaurant, which successfully traded as “Peter’s Cellars” for many years, has been sold to a private client to be converted into a residential flat.  The area covers 189.27 sq m (2038 sq ft) over two floors.



44 Main Street, Davidson’s Mains

A letting was agreed for a new café in the popular suburb of Davidson’s Mains.  A 5 year lease was agreed for this property covering 189.27 sq m (2038 sq ft).

A lease extension was agreed with Ladbrokes.

50-52 Hanover Street, Edinburgh

A lease extension was agreed with Thomas Cook Retail Ltd.

51 Thistle Street, Edinburgh

A rent review was agreed with the tenant, Bon Vivant’s Companion.

Unit 6 & Unit 7, Liggat Syke Place, Broxburn

A lease extension was agreed at Unit 6 and a rent review agreed at Unit 7 at this popular industrial estate in Broxburn.

48 Frederick Street, Edinburgh

A lease extension was agreed to Brora Ltd.



138/140 Lothian Road, Edinburgh – The investment sale of these two shops, Futon Co & Pure Spa & Beauty, is due to conclude imminently.  Links CPC were joint agent with Graham & Sibbald.

Unit 9, Tartraven Place, Broxburn – The investment sale of this industrial unit in the popular East Mains Industrial Estate is progressing.

34-36 Rose Street North Lane, Edinburgh – Office space within this modernised building is available on the second floor, covering 84.99 sq m (915 sq ft).
