INVESTMENT SALES

 Edinburgh Investment Portfolio

The sale of an investment portfolio valued at £4.7 million was concluded in June 2016.  This portfolio included prime city centre retail & restaurant properties within Edinburgh such as 48 / 48A Frederick Street, 2 Stafford Street, 61/65 Rose Street and 13 Elm Row.

138/140 Lothian Road, Edinburgh

The investment sale concluded in October 2016, with Links acting as joint agent alongside Graham & Sibbald.    The occupiers are The Futon Company and Pure.

13a/b William Street, Edinburgh

This former lower ground restaurant within the popular West End of Edinburgh was sold in June 2016 and will be developed for residential / home office use.

 Unit 7, Tartraven Place, Broxburn, West Lothian

A 6,000 sq ft industrial unit within the popular East Mains Industrial Estate, Broxburn was sold to a private purchaser in September 2016.

A 5 year lease extension has been agreed on the above property, currently occupied by DX Services.  Links CPC acted on behalf of the Landlord.

24 Hill Street, Edinburgh

A rent review of office premises currently leased by Autism Initiatives, was agreed in March 2017.  Links CPC acted on behalf of the Tenant.

 

RETAIL

 52/54 Raeburn Place, Edinburgh

A 10 year lease extension has been agreed with Costa Limited at the above premises in Raeburn Place, at a revised rent of £51,300 pa.  Links CPC acted on behalf of the Landlord.

23 Raeburn Place, Edinburgh

A 10 year lease extension has been agreed with Timpson Limited in their premises at Raeburn Place at a revised rent of £13,500 pa.  Links CPC acted on behalf of the Landlord.

 

RESTAURANTS

 10 Lady Lawson Street, Edinburgh

Acting on behalf of the Landlord, a rent review was agreed in May 2017.  The occupier is Timberyard restaurant.

45 Morningside Road, Edinburgh

Acting on behalf of the Landlord, a rent review at the Nonna’s Kitchen in Morningside was successfully agreed with a revised rent of £30,000 pa.
